Month: August 2011

Attention ALL Rowers – Printed Registration Forms Needed.

The form that is most important for practice is the emergency contact form.  Please make sure to fill out this form and send it with your rower to practice today.  This is for our rower’s safety. Should something happen out on the water, we need to have emergency contact information on hand.

If at all possible, please complete all 4 forms below and drop them off as instructed in the Registration area of the website.  3 of the forms will need both rowers/parents signatures.

Again, the Medical Care Release and Emergency Contact form is the most important THIS WEEK.

Thank you in advance.  If you have questions…please ask.
